So glad to have found this place to cater our wedding reception dinner! Everything from start to finish was above and beyond. Highly recommend CV BBQ for your next event in the hi-desert. Great communication, reasonable prices, and TOP-TIER barbecue! Worked with Sean who did great with quoting me for my order and making edits when I needed to. Love that they have the option to pick up or provide catering. But what really got us was the quality of the food. Meats were all cooked to perfection and still tasted fantastic even the next few days when we reheated it. Sides had great portions and amazing flavor. If you're in the desert looking to have your event catered, or looking for some good barbecue in the food desert, CV is where it's at. Will be recommending to all my friends coming here for festival season, or for any desert getaways they're having! Thank you again for making our wedding experience SO delicious!

We wanted to explore a little bit while we were visiting Palm Desert from the Bay Area. Boy howdy, I am glad we did! The staff was super friendly, the menu had a lot to choose from and the meat was out of this world (that's what she said!). I recommend this place, yall! Thanks for the hospitality!

Stopped on our drive from Phoenix to LA. Was excellent-we had the murf, two meat plate, one meat plate & chicken sandwich. The murf was excellent-would order it again. Everyone loved the Tri Tip in the meat plates & don't sleep on potato salad. We've done this drive many times & this is the only place we'd definitely come back to. And they were very friendly and welcoming!

I contacted CV BBQ after researching a ton of restaurants to inquire about catering for my friend's bachelorette party that I was hosting in Palm Springs. Sean was so helpful in answering all my questions to help me order what we needed for a party of 12 people. The whole process was incredibly smooth and seamless and well-organized. Sometimes you don't really know what to expect with what you're getting - but CV BBQ exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Besides the food being delicious and plenty, the staff were also so kind at pick up and boxed up our meal professionally and provided full size sweet and hot sauce to go! 10/10 recommend CV BBQ for catering!

This place is nestled inside an industrial area so maybe a little tricky to find. Really nice menu with a lot of variety! We love their Marf sandwich! We tried it for the first time at Acurisure Arena and fell in love with it :) I would imagine this is a great place to do a catering event and we will definitely keep them in mind for that.

We used CV BBQ for a catered dinner for our RV Club at The Springs of Borrego RV Resort. The menu included tri-tip, ribs, chicken, baked beans and mac & cheese. Everyone loved the food, it was all delicious, but my personal favorite was the beans. The staff was super friendly and the set up was beautiful. They were even a few minutes early for set up. I would definitely use them again.

Yay! I didn't know about many barbecue spots in the Coachella valley but CV BBQ seems to fit the bill. There's tri-tip and pulled pork. I had to do a double take when they suggested the Marf. The what? Oh, with an M. I must have misheard. It's a tri tip sandwich with mac and cheese. A little sloppy but good, and the deviled egg potato salad was great as well. They had about a hundred pounds of beef being prepped when I ordered so between the catering and the restaurant they are doing some volume. I'll be back to try a few more menu items.

I've been craving real bbq. Look no further! The tri tip was A+ !! The BBQ sauces were both so great. My mouth was screaming with joy All sides were so tasty and fresh. The beans are addictive. The green salad was so good and the dressing divine! The staff was super friendly. As were the patrons. Fun, easy, very reasonable night for all. I highly recommend this gem. Can't wait to go back.

Hard to find, a bit out of the way from Palm Desert, but well worth it. I'm used to brisket, but the tri-tip is excellent. A little leaner than brisket, but not in a bad way. Pulled pork is also well done, and using Linguiça sausage is genius. I've been putting them in my Brazilian Black Beans for years. But really, it's all about the sides. Macaroni & Cheese is thick and cheesy, with a sharp white cheddar taste. Beans are amazing, reminding me of my fathers Boston Baked Beans. Dark heavy molasses taste here. Service is quick and excellent. Get there early before they run out of tri-tip.
